My Wikipad game controller isn't working. How do I troubleshoot?

If the blue indicator light does not illuminate after connecting the Wikipad to the controller, try these steps:

1. Remove the tablet from the controller
2. Be sure the tablet is on
3. With the tablet on re-insert into the controller
4. If this does not work the first time, try steps 1-3 again
5. If, after a few tries, the tablet does not pair with the controller then perform a Factory Reset
