Wikipad Online Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the U.S. Wikipad Online Store: 

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from the Wikipad online store, can be returned to Wikipad. Wikipad products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the original cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges for the return of your Wikipad

 

In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (exclusive of initial shipping and handling charges).  The product must be returned to Wikipad in its original packaging and condition.

Risk in the returned product only passes to Wikipad when the product is received by Wikipad and Wikipad shall not be responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) within 45 days of Wikipad receipt of the returned product. In the event that the procedure herein is not followed, Wikipad reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from Wikipad in the U.S., you can contact the Wikipad Support team at wikipadsupport@wikipad.com to start the exchange process.

Item exchanges are, of course, subject to warranty verification. 

Items ordered on the U.S. Wikipad Online Store that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned by contacting Customer Service at: 888-997-4544
