Cannot complete Wikipad Firmware Update-Q4 2013

I can download the update, but when I go to install it I get the message below.

Error

java.util.zip.ZipException: Duplicate entry name: device/nvidia/keenhi/wikipad_keys/releasekey.x509.pem

I got this message the first and subsequent times I have tried to update. The device is connected to the internet, has over 80% charge, and is plugged in. I have also tried rebooting it.

Same here. Update just loops from download to error. No way to install update.

OMG your not going to tell how to fix it so everyone can see it? How cheesy, email support for private answer! I'll never buy any Wiki products ever again.

Try factory reset and make sure all data is delted apps etc on restore, start from scratch in other words and just immediately setup wifi and then go to update it should work,i'm of the opinion a corruption from an app is taking place, unless of course it's been rooted which i guestimate would prevent it from then being updated having possibly changed a config file by doing so,unless wikipad allow the rooting of the device? I play with android devices a lot, flash them tinker and mod them so this is the 1st impressions i would have and my process of illimination would be to do as i stated before this backup to with your google account meaning the device apps should be restored when you sync it upon clicking sync in your account section in settings, meaning it will sync back everything you backed up,just choose not to auto sync on first setup do it manualy upon having updated it firstly.
